Who We Are
Katzar Inc. (registration number 2018/407609/21) is a people consultancy led by industrial psychologists. For purposes of POPIA, Katzar is the responsible party when we determine why and how personal information is processed.
Information We Collect
We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, organisation name, job title, information submitted through website forms, and website usage data (device, browser, IP address, pages visited). In service contexts we may also process assessment-related or employment information under a separate agreement.
Why We Process It
We process personal information to respond to enquiries, deliver consulting and HR services, manage client and supplier relationships, operate and improve our website, and comply with legal obligations. We process on the basis of consent, contractual necessity, legal obligation, or legitimate interest.
Sharing & Security
We may share information with Katzar staff and associates, service providers, professional advisers, and regulatory authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal information. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards and retain information only as long as necessary.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
