Embedded within a distribution environment, supporting the overhaul and strengthening of HR systems during operational development and change. Works closely with leadership to redesign and implement HR structures, policies, and procedures across the full employee lifecycle, and is actively involved in recruitment, employee relations, and stakeholder engagement.
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Supported recruitment projects across an international client base, sourcing, assessing, and engaging talent across a range of roles and industries, with a strong focus on candidate experience and sustainable talent pipelines.
Human Resources Administrator
Supported the full HR function across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration, contributing to disciplinary processes, union engagement, training coordination, and employee wellness programmes.

Contributed to HR operations in a structured industrial environment, supporting recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, benefits coordination, inductions, and exit processes, with consistency and compliance across the employee lifecycle.
