Partnered with heads of departments and the People and Talent function during a period of organisational transition and growth. Focused on driving recruitment initiatives and streamlining performance management processes, while supporting workforce processes, employee relations, and wellbeing efforts.
Basic Applied Psychometrics Tutor
Supported the delivery of postgraduate Industrial Psychology and Applied Psychometrics modules, spanning course delivery, student engagement, and digital learning materials, and supported students with research development and applied psychometrics concepts.
HR Consultant Intern
Supported HR and organisational development projects in a growing logistics company, helping set up and structure core people processes during operational scaling, including policies, job structures, and performance management processes.
